DAS has redirects in place for most pages; however, redirects are a temporary solution. Please update your bookmarks, favorites, saved links, or other DAS webs addresses to the new navigation structure as soon as practical. For Datamart, this means our new address is: http://cms.oregon.egov.com/DAS/CFO/SARS/pages/datamart.aspx . Thank you for your patience. The results of the meetings are listed within the attached document called 'Datamart Functionality Combine'. We are requesting agencies prioritize the eight outstanding projects, shown with the attached Excel file called 'Datamart Functionality Projects 2013'. Please only send one voting sheet per agency. In the event we receive multiple voting sheets, we will prorate the vote for the effect of one vote per agency. The deadline to respond is Friday, August 10, please email the list to the Datamart inbox (Datamart.Support at state.or.us). Out of a total of 24 ideas/projects suggested/requested, only eight remain outstanding. Sixteen of the projects have either been resolved, are in progress, or are not moving forward. Each are described within the attached file called 'Datamart Functionality Request Explanation'. The Datamart team is continually working to provide all users with the best possible information and we appreciate all your support and help with your comments/suggestions. Keep up the good work. Therefore, I am pleased to announce another important improvement within the Datamart. A new table called 'YE Accounting Event' has been created in the Datamart. This table contains the lowest level of detail (transactions, etc) and is a mirror image of the other Accounting event tables; however, it will only contain one year of data, which currently is Fiscal Year 2012. This table will update only 3 times during month 13 (July 25, Aug 1 and Aug 8). It will update in the evening of these dates and be available for view the following day (Thursday). This table was created, per agency request, to help with year-end reporting. If you plan to use this new table, please be sure to update your current queries accordingly.
