The new field will be populated on a 'go forward' basis only. This means if you query data earlier than March 2013, the "Position_Num" field will be blank. In addition, only data from March 2013 forward will show actual information. Please let me know if you have any questions. Our revised plan is to populate the data with the next OSPS load of April. Therefore, on May 13, 2013, the field will be populated. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
