It should be noted that the DAS requirement is to have Hyperion removed from all computers by June 30, 2022. Agency IT shops may choose to remove the application sooner. This is a decision each agency will make internally.

Thanks,
Aaron Wallace

Subject: [Datamart-News] Hyperion conversion help

Hyperion users:

If you have Hyperion queries you are not going to be able to convert, prior to 6/30/22, here are some suggestions.

  1. Create screen shots of the query section, including tables used and request line fields.
  2. Make a screen shot of the filters in the query section. You can display the filters and fields (in SQL format) by selecting the 'view' menu and 'custom SQL'. This will provide detailed information for later use.
  3. Double check the Hyperion 'Results' section and find any fields that are a formula or group (blue and italicized). Review the formula detail and record for later query creation.
  4. Pivots/Reports: Take screen shots of these sections to recreate at a later date.

Hope this helps and good luck,
Aaron Wallace
