[Datamart-News] OBIEE refresh

I wanted to let you know of a new process that will be starting soon. On Friday, June 3 at 6pm, Datamart tech support will start a process to refresh or restart the OBIEE server. This will help the server clear any outstanding issues and have it ready for Monday morning.

This process will take only 30 minutes to an hour to complete. Users will not be able to access OBIEE during the update.

Going forward, Datamart tech support is planning to run this server update once every two weeks (June 17, July 1, July 15, etc.). It will always start at 6pm.
