[DLCD_FederalConsistency] OCMP Routine Program Change June 12, 2015

Good afternoon,

Attached you will find copies of a routine program change submission to NOAA OCM for the Cities of Brookings, Bay City, and Garibaldi. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Section 306 of the Coastal Zone Management Act, as amended, provides states with a means to keep their federally-approved coastal management programs current.  For updates that do not substantially change any program areas, states update their coastal programs by submitting Routine Program Change (RPC) requests to NOAA.

Oregon's RPC requests detail changes made to state and local authorities incorporated as part of the OCMP, and identify specific enforceable policies to be used in federal consistency reviews.
