[DLCD_FederalConsistency] Federal Action under review: Consistency Determination for Chit-Xu-Mee-Ne’ Property Fee-to-Trust Status

Notice is hereby given that the Oregon Department of Land Conservation & Development (DLCD), as provided in Section 307(c) of the Coastal Zone Management Act, is reviewing a proposed action that consists of placing the 1.28 acre Chit-Xu-Mee-Ne’ property into federal trust status on behalf of the Tolowa Tribe.
