[DLCD_FederalConsistency] Public Notice for Federal Consistency Review of Federal Action

Hello:

The Department of Land Conservation & Development (DLCD), as provided in Section 307(c) of the Coastal Zone Management Act, is reviewing a federal action for consistency with the Oregon Coastal Management Program.  The Department of the Army, Corps of Engineers is re-authorizing 50 nationwide permits and issuing 2 new nationwide permits. It will be 5 years until the next re-authorization.
