[DLCD_FederalConsistency] Notice of Approval for OCMP Routine Program Change

This is the Notice of Approval for an OCMP Routine Program Change for the cities of Siletz and Lakeside, as well as Statewide Planning Goals 16 and 17, submitted by DLCD. The first public notice occurred on February 09, 2018.
Section 306 of the Coastal Zone Management Act, as amended, provides states with a means to keep their federally-approved coastal management programs current.  For updates that do not substantially change any program areas, states update their coastal programs by submitting Routine Program Change (RPC) requests to NOAA.
Oregon's RPC requests detail changes made to state and local authorities incorporated as part of the OCMP, and identify specific enforceable policies to be used in federal consistency reviews.
