The Department of Land Conservation & Development (DLCD), as provided in Section 307(c) of the Coastal Zone Management Act, is reviewing a federal activity for consistency with the Oregon Coastal Management Program.  The Department of the Army, Corps of Engineers has a permit under consideration that would authorize a residential development in Florence, Lane County, Oregon.
