Yes to the supervision of misdemeanor probation.

WALLOWA COUNTY: 

We use the For ManKind Program in Wallowa County.  It is a volunteer run
program that meets all the OAR requirements for a Batterer's
Intervention Program, and they do an excellent job.  Our judges will
sometimes let defense counsel talk them into ordering someone into the
CHD program in LaGrande (always over my objection).  The CHD program is
based upon a therapeutic model, and I don't believe it meets the OAR
requirements.  

We do not have supervision for misdemeanor DV crimes.
