I've posted before about the amazing resources provided by NCVLI
(National Crime Victims' Law Institute). 

This link is for a "white paper" authored by NCVLI which offers a
criticial analysis of the rape shield law as it applies to a former
sexual relationship between a defendant and victim. 

I just had a DV/SA trial where this topic was at issue.
