committed by servicemembers to determine the most appropriate
intervention while also ensuring the safety and well being of family
members.  She'll provide an overview of the theories of what causes
domestic violence, discuss the newly emerging issues related to PTSD and
TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury), and detail how the signature injuries of
the current conflicts are impacting the analysis of domestic violence
cases in the military context.
