[DV_listserv] Camreta v. Greene

[Domestic Violence issues]

Yesterday, I sent out an email with an article about Camreta v. Greene.
Though not a DV case, I know that many of you also deal with child
abuse/sex abuse cases, and thought the case might of interest to you. 
 
Here is the transcript of the oral arguments that took place in front of
the US Supreme Court yesterday.
 
Some of you might know that that there is "SCOTUSBLOG" (Supreme Court of
the United States--BLOG) website. It has great information about
upcoming cases and those already argued (including transcripts and case
