[Domestic Violence issues]

In your jurisdiction, do your local police agencies/sheriff's offices
have digital cameras at their disposal?
 
Besides digital cameras, is there other equipment that has been helpful
in the investigation/prosecution of DV cases?  
 
Or, alternatively, equipment that your agencies do not presently have
but that WOULD be helpful in the investigation/prosecution of DV cases?
