[DV_listserv] Follow-up on Contempt info yesterday

[Domestic Violence issues]

 State v. Reynolds, filed 12/08/2010 Court of Appeals, defendant's
judgment of conviction of a misdemeanor for contempt of court (VRO)
vacated. Conviction of a contempt is not a crime. The State conceded the
trial court erred by entering a judgment of conviction.
