I'm sure that many of you were aware of this case when it came down last
August. It's come to my attention again, so I thought I would send it
out. 
 
It has an "interesting" discussion of communicative vs.
non-communicative contacts (a discussion that I don't necessarily agree
with...but since I'm not an appellate court judge, that doesn't matter
so much). 
 
In any event, this case could be helpful in how you make charging
decisions in Stalking/VSO cases.
