Prosecuting Stalking and Technology Cases (Part 2 of 4) - Webinar
Limited seating is still available for the webinar on March 18, 2011

A coordinated approach is critical to the effective investigation and
prosecution of stalking cases. This webinar will discuss how prosecutors
can effectively identify and respond to stalking and technology cases
through a coordinated community response. This webinar will also
identify challenges associated with disclosures of intimate partner
stalking and how offenders use and abuse technology to stalk their
victims and manipulate the criminal justice response in these cases.
This webinar is the second in a four part series created in partnership
with the Stalking Resource Center and the American Probation and Parole
Association. The series also includes "Intimate Partner Stalking: An
Overview," "Investigating Complex Stalking Cases," and "Safety and
Accountability in Stalking Post Conviction Supervision."
Presenters will include:
Michelle M. Garcia, Director, Stalking Resource Center
Jeff Greipp, Attorney Advisor, AEquitas
