CLE: Anticipated CLE credits, including at least one and one half hours
of Ethics, will be approximately 21.

Seeking continuing education credits for other disciplines? You will be
provided with a uniform certificate of attendance documenting your hours
of attendance. You may submit this certificate to your reporting agency.

Who Should Attend? This multi-disciplinary conference welcomes
prosecutors, judges, law enforcement, victim advocates, therapists,
probation and parole officers, members of the faith community and
organized religion, educators, school administrators, medical and mental
health care professionals, court administrators, paralegals, survivors,
grant administrators, physicians, nurses, shelter workers, social
workers, dispatch operators, legislators, policy makers, men involved in
the movement, child and adult protective services personnel and other
professionals who work on behalf of survivors of domestic violence and
their families.

Conference Tuition: The conference fee is $595, which includes admission
and conference materials. The first attendee from an office pays full
tuition. Each additional attendee from the same office is eligible to
receive a standard discount of $50 for this conference. If you attend
the conference along with your multi-disciplinary team (at least three
people representing three different disciplines), you are eligible for
our $100 multi-disciplinary team discount. The standard discount cannot
be combined with the multi-disciplinary discount. NDAA adheres to a
policy of non-discrimination in admissions, scholarship awards and
administration.

Grant Information/OVW Grantees: The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)
authorizes the use of funds for training purposes. However, individual
states have discretion over the disbursement of these funds. If you have
questions regarding OVW funding (e.g. tuition, transportation, and/or
lodging) please contact your state OVW administrator.

OVW grantees and staff members from all agencies or organizations
participating in your collaborative projects, even if they are not
directly funded by the grant, are encouraged to attend. OVW grantees may
be able to use travel funds from their grant to attend this conference.
However, OVW grantees who wish to attend must seek prior approval from
their OVW Program Specialist before registering for this conference.

This project is supported by Grant No. 2009-TA-AX-K012 awarded by the
Office on Violence Against Women, U.S. Department of Justice.

cancellations in writing received by 5:00 p.m., ten business days prior

We're offering Hands-on Technology Labs to conference attendees
during this conference.
This year there will be two LIMITED SEATING hands-on power point Labs
geared for prosecutors, attorneys, paralegals, investigators-members
of the prosecution team who work with prosecutors to create and/or
present trial visuals! There will be a BASIC LAB and an ADVANCED LAB
both offered during the main conference sessions. AGAIN there is limited
seating for these two labs. If you are interested in applying for one of
