[DV_listserv] Rent Assistance For Families

Recently, Angels In the Outfield (a non-profit organization formed by prosecutor, Shannon Kmetic, to assist children and families who have been impacted by crime, abuse or neglect) received a $5,000 rent assistance grant from Clackamas County.  Angels has decided to give grants of $500 to any family in Clackamas County that qualifies under the organization's mission statement.  If you would like to nominate or refer a family, go to the website and there is a "refer a child" tab. http://www.theangelsintheoutfield.org/

Angels has also recently started a clothes closet in the Portland Metropolitan area.  If you have a family who is in need of clothing, please contact Shannon Kmetic at (503) 313-8122.  Angels has all  ages and gender sizes of clothing.

Angels in the Outfield will accept referrals from any county or person in the State of Oregon and provides a number of different services depending upon the needs of the referred child and/or family.
