[Domestic Violence issues]

Hello, Listerv Members,

This morning I sent out this article that appeared on Yahoo Sports:

I think it's a really good article. However, I was disappointed that appearing on the same page as that article, directly to the right, were two links to 'articles' about "NFL Cheerleaders--Week 1" and "College Cheerleaders." My rhetorical (and exasperated) comment to a couple of colleagues was, "Well, what does the objectification of women have to do with DV anyway??" 

A few minutes ago I happened upon this article. Which is really, really good, and by a local journalist. (Unfortunately, this website, too, has some problematic advertising).  Check it out:
