The statewide implementation, which started in March 2008, is executed in a way to ensure the system will fulfill its expected role as a key tool used to support the state of Oregon's training and workforce development efforts. iLincOregon is a virtual classroom tool, which provides a robust platform for delivering distance learning. Currently, iLearnOregon includes: * 21 participating state agencies and divisions - delivering classroom-based and elearning training and professional development to employees and city/county government partners. * Over 49,000 user accounts. * Over 11,000 active users. * Over 4,000 city/county government users. * Over 1,200 classroom-based and on-line courses.
