iLincOregon - state governments learning community!   

 

What: iLearnOregon/iLincOregon Demonstration

iLearnOregon is a dynamic online learning and knowledge management tool,
integrating general learning management functions (course catalog,
registration, enrollments, transcripts and administration) as well as
certification tracking and performance management tools such as
individual development plans, skill assessments and performance
evaluations. The statewide implementation, which started in March 2008,
is executed in a way to ensure the system will fulfill its expected role
as a key tool used to support the state of Oregon's training and
workforce development efforts.

 

iLincOregon is a virtual classroom tool, which provides a robust
platform for delivering distance learning.  

 

Currently, iLearnOregon includes: 

*	
	21 participating state agencies and divisions - delivering
classroom-based and elearning training and professional development to
employees and city/county government partners.  
*	
	Over 49,000 user accounts. 
*	
	Over 11,000 active users. 
*	
	Over 4,000 city/county government users.  
*	
	Over 1,200 classroom-based and on-line courses. 

Additional topics will include:

	iLearnOregon/iLincOregon - agency participation.
*	
	iLearnOregon/iLincOregon testimonials. 
*	
	What's being planned for iLearnOregon agencies, including the
ability for agencies to buy from a 15,000 elearning course catalog.
