On Tuesday, May 11, some students and TAs experienced slowness with the OAKS Student and TA Interfaces.

AIR has been actively investigating the root cause of this issue and suspects there may have been a hardware problem. To address this, AIR switched to a new server last night and it appears that testing has now returned to normal.

However, due to the impact yesterday's systems problems had on student testing, ODE is granting a two day extension to the Testing Window for OAKS Online and ELPA.  The Testing Window will now close on Wednesday, May 19.

If you are still experiencing slowness or connectivity issues, please contact your regional ESD partner.
