Here's what we do at Multnomah County:
1) We use the local call numbers "Downloadable ebook" or "Downloadable audiobook"
2) We replace the general material designation [electronic resource] with [downloadable ebook] or [downloadable audiobook] (MARC field 245h)
3) We add a locally assigned genre heading "Downloadable ebook" or "Downloadable audiobook" (MARC field 655)
This is all done through our load table at the time the files are downloaded -- so we don't have to fuss with records on an individual basis. If you'd like to take a look at our records, check out our catalog at
http://www.multcolib.org/ and do a subject search under either of the genre terms in point 3 above. There is a MARC display button if you'd like to see the details. Hope this helps!

For those libraries that list Library2Go records in the library catalog, how do you differentiate between downloadable ebook and audio book formats?
Thanks for any feedback or examples.
