Hi Carrie,
Thank you for your note and I hope you are well. When a HarperCollins title 26 circs are used up the title will still show on your website (once logged in as an Advantage user) and continue to build holds. However, if you decide to not re-purchase we can hide the title on your website and no further holds can be placed.
You will get an email notification when a title reaches 5 or less circulations until and continue to receive this email alert until the 5 checkouts are exhausted.
HarperCollins has terrific eBook content (and add new titles on a regular basis) at an affordable price too--$8.99 average price. We have found that most libraries that have added Harper have yet to exceeded their 26 circulations. Also, you can put in a Holds Manager plan for the HarperCollins eBook content as well to keep up on holds and remaining checkouts.
