Hi All,

 

Two libraries are unable to log in to Library2Go (Curry Public Library and Port Orford Library). They are getting an error message: (900) An unexpected error occurred performing authentication.

 

I am able to log in and have not had any Eugene Public Library patrons contact us with this issue.

 

Is anyone else having an issue?

The problem is also occurring at the Port Orford Library. It occurs at the login point. Please forward this onto the emedia listserv.

I just tested it and I am able to get into Library2Go. I haven't heard any of our patrons having a problem. Is it when you are trying to log in to Library2Go, or at another point in the process? I can send your question to the emedia listserv to see if any other libraries are experiencing an issue, if that would be helpful?
