 *   FCC E-Rate Order – Community Usage.  The new E-rate rules permit, but do not require, after-hours use of school Internet facilities by the community.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  USAC is reaching out to applicants who filed FY 2010 Form 470s prior to July 1, 2010, to validate their use for FY 2011 applications.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief dated November 12.  This week's News Brief discusses the use of the current version of the Form 470 before the newer version is released.
