 *   Funding Status.  The application window for FY 2011 closes March 24th.  Wave 40 for FY 2010 will be released this week.
 *   The 80% Funding Threshold Controversy.  USAC has recommended setting the Priority 2 funding threshold for FY 2010 at 81%.  The FCC has requested comment on a petition seeking funding down to 80%.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  Applicants who missed the February 24th deadline for Form 470s have several remaining options.  The SLD has changed the format for uploading Block 4 data for online Form 471 applications.  The FCC released three more appeal decisions.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief dated February 25.  The most recent News Brief discusses various aspects of the Form 471 application process.
