Please note this is one of two events.  The other is at Lane Community
College on April 10 and 11.

Learn about College: Spring Academy
for high school juniors and seniors, school personnel, and parents
Goals:  
*	To provide basic knowledge about college opportunities and support
services available

Who's invited:
*	Juniors and seniors who are enrolled in special education and/or
have a 504 plan
*	High school staff including teachers, counselors, Youth Transition
Program, other transition staff, and administrators
*	Parents of high school students

Place and time:
*	April 24th, 8:30am-2:00pm at Clackamas Community College main
campus. Further information will be provided once you register. Hosted by
University of Oregon Earning for a Lifetime project and Clackamas Community
College.

Proposed Activities:
*	Tour campus
*	Learn test taking tips, improve your memory, how to college courses
based on your career direction
*	Learn differences between high school and college

*	Morning refreshments and Lunch will be provided
*	Free to participate but transportation is not provided
*	Participants statewide can attend even if their choice of college is
other than Clackamas Community College
