To:  Special Education Directors

Recently you and/or selected members of your agency received a survey from
the Education Evaluation Center of Western Oregon University focused on
Culturally Appropriate Assessment Practices.  

If you have already completed and returned the survey, thank you.  Your
input will be vital in understanding and improving the assessments for these
children.  

If you or members of your agency have not yet returned the survey please
take a few minutes and complete the survey.  We want the results to be
reflective of as many targeted respondents as possible.  If you can not find
the survey contact the Ed Evaluation Center at 800.541.4711 to request
