Last night the Senate HELP Committee finally filed its report on the IDEA
reauthorization bill, S. 1248.  The report number is 108-185.  The report
includes the bill with revisions (not having seen the bill I can't tell you
what they are) and the "report" which clarifies what is in the bill.  The
bill language is supposed to be posted on Thomas today (it's not there yet,
I just checked).  So if you want to check later today, go to:
http://thomas.loc.gov/ and type in the bill number (not the report number).
If you get a screen that says there are three versions of this bill, you
will want #3, which will be the most current version.  Right now there are
only two versions posted.  The report language should be posted in a day or
so.  In order to find it, go to Thomas, type in the bill number and click on
the version of the bill you want.  Click on the link to "Bill Summary and
Status file" and then click on "Bill Status."
