The Youth Leadership Forum (YLF), June 14-18, 2004, is a unique career
leadership-training program for high school students with disabilities.
By serving as delegates from their communities at this event, young
people with disabilities cultivate their potential leadership,
citizenship, and social skills. Delegates gain access to vital resources
related to assistive technology. Community support, and civil rights.
Successful men and women with disabilities serve as role models in
helping youth realize their ability, rights and opportunity to pursue
employment and to contribute to society. These adults willingly share
their successes and experiences with delegates to help provide goals and
direction. For further information, contact: Danielle Knight, 1257
