We have posted the ESTIMATES of the 2004-05 IDEA Grants at the following
web site: http://www.ode.state.or.us/sped/spedfund/fundopp.htm.   Note
these are the "net" estimates for each program and district, after
adjusting for students served by regional programs, LTCT, etc.  Oregon
will see an overall increase of about 15% in federal funds next year and
these estimates incorporate that increase.  However, these estimates
WILL change based on final 2004-05 ADMr and Free / Reduced lunch
figures.  Any questions about these estimates should be addressed to
