RE:      IDEA Regs & Grant Announcements in Federal Register

 

This is the link to the final IDEA 2004 regulations.  Feel free to print
or read as you so desire.  The link will be posted on the ODE web site
shortly.   

 

The Department will be purchasing for all special education directors a
copy of the side by side comparison of the 1999 regulations and the
current regulations. We are in the process of reviewing the regulations,
which will be effective in 60 days.  Of course the fall conference will
contain mostly information related to the regulations as well.  More to
follow!

The IDEA regulations are in today's Federal Register. This version is
just 307 pages! Here is the link:
