RE:      School Age Report Card

Dear Special Education Directors,

You are now able to validate your School Age Report Card data. The last day for appeals to be submitted is Feb 16 to make it in the March 1 public Report Card. The following are directions in how to do so:

You are now able to:  
*	Login into the secure district web site (as you typically do for submitting any data to ODE).
*	Select the Report Card/AYP application from the Application list.
*	On the validation menu your contractor institution will automatically be the only row that shows.
*	Select a Data Type on the pull-down menu:  "SpEd Report Card PDF".
*	The data will be available in the following two different formats to validate:
	§	The Report Card as a "PDF" under the "View SpEd Report Card" URL link and,
	§	The details (numerators, denominators, and the percents) for the numbers that were presented in the Report 			Card.
*	After reviewing the data, the district representative will need to select one of the two options:
	§	"Accept", which generates an e-mail to ODE SLP and the submitter with the subject line indicating "Accept" or,
	§	"Appeal", which generates an e-mail to ODE SLP and the submitter with the subject line indicating "Appeal" and 		a request for the submitter to list the issues.
