[FIT] OGIC minutes and schedule

The draft minutes from the December 2013 OGIC meeting are now posted at http://www.oregon.gov/DAS/CIO/GEO/ogic/docs/2013/OGIC_Minutes_12-18-2013_Draft.pdf.  Please take a look at these minutes as soon as you can, as they contain information about an agreed upon action that OGIC will pursue, development of a draft legislative concept on data sharing.  I'm finalizing that document now and will have it out to you shortly for review.  Of course, send me any corrections to the draft meeting minutes.

The OGIC meeting schedule for the next two years is as follows, all in the usual location in Salem:
