[gis_info] Economic gardening tool training in PDX Sept 13th

Hey folks,

We've got a Business Analyst class coming up in Portland Sept 13th and
14th.  This class is for public and private organizations that do site
analytics, real estate site acquisition analysis, store portfolios,
customer/consumer analysis, and related economic gardening functions.
It is rare that this class travels to Portland and I doubt it will be
back anytime soon.
