[gis_info] interactive GIS web maps question

I've gotten a lot of great suggestions on how best to proceed with various
web map options. Must be something a lot of folks are working on as I got
quite a bit of feedback. I'll be going through them over the next week or so
and will send a summary of the suggestions around to folks at that time.
