Hi All,

New Urban Research, Inc. located in Portland, Oregon has launched a new
website for those that are interested in current community data and GIS.
We're excited to bring our clients and friends a site that enables them to
get 2009 ESRI data instantly (and in shapefile format).

ESRI recently updated community demographic data for 2009. This data
provides an up to the minute snap shot of key community statistics including
income, race/ethnicity, education, employment, housing and many other
population characteristics.

This new data is available for download via
http://www.PrimaryDataSource.com/

0v> (a new online data provider for the GIS community).

Files can either be downloaded as a table (.dbf) or as pre-joined to a
shapefile (block groups, tracts, cities, counties, zip codes,
micro/metropolitan areas, states or the nation). All variables for any
geography are $99.

Other cool things this site offers, include a 2009 zip code layer ($99),
neighborhood boundaries (free) and street networks (free).

Many other geographic layers in shapefile format are also available here for
free download.

Thanks,

Gina Clemmer
