[gis_info] plotter recommendations

Hello all,  I'm hoping to get a recommendation for a new plotter.

Below are the general criteria to consider:
- Printing from ArcInfo/arcpress 9.2
- Print 36"x44"
- Would likely print once every 2 or 3 weeks (low volume).
- non profit budget, so high end specs are nice but more likely looking for
something in the lower price ranges.


Please respond to me directly, and if I get some decent responses I'll
compile them and send them out to the list.
