[gis_info] Revised DRAFT LiDAR Data Standard available for comment

Greetings,

The DRAFT LiDAR Data Standard was reviewed and discussed at the 12th
Standards Forum in Bend last Wednesday. Input received there as well as
via email has been incorporated and the revised document is now
available for comment. This standard is still in the "drafting phase"
and has moved from a "proto standard" to a "draft standard". FIT, GPL
and others are invited to review the standard and provide input to John
English. This comment period will be open for 45 days and closes on May
24th.
