Seattle Public Utilities is seeking a senior GIS applications developer who is highly motivated, is an experienced leader, and who possesses a minimum of six years experience in GIS applications development.  Candidates with experience in building software using a formal software development lifecycle (SDLC) will have an advantage, as this best matches SPU's approach towards technology projects.  The successful candidate will work in the GIS Section of SPU's Information Technology Division as a lead GIS developer.  Beyond providing leadership and guidance to other GIS developers, this person will perform a broad variety of duties involved in implementing technical GIS projects
