[gis_info] IEEE moved to Vancouver BC July 24-29th 2011

Hi All,

FYI, I just heard from a friend that due to the tragic & catastrophic events in Japan this years IEEE International Geosciences and Remote Sensing Symposium was moved to Vancouver BC July 24-29th 2011. Thus, a great geospatial conference is happening pretty close by regionally and even the call for 'full' papers (4 pages) deadline was extended to May 4th 2011.
