[gis_info] Recent DOGAMI Releases

The Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries (DOGAMI) has
released lidar data for areas in northeastern Oregon. The Northeast
Oregon 2013 extent covers portions of Union, Umatilla, Baker, and
Wallowa counties.

DOGAMI has updated its Geothermal Information Layer for Oregon (GTILO)
web map to include data in the GTILO-2 data release.  The web map
displays wells that were drilled for geothermal exploration, water wells
with elevated temperatures, and warm and hot springs.
