[gis_info] DRAFT amended Water & Monitoring Well Data standard review

The Hydrography FIT has revised the current Water & Monitoring Well Data Standard. A draft of version 1.1 of that standard is now available for review. The comment period will be open for 45 business days and closes November 18th, 2013. Please address questions and comments to me at bob.denouden at state.or.us<mailto:bob.denouden at state.or.us>

The revision is comprised of the addition of one required attribute (wwLocationMethod) to the attribute table.
