[gis_info] Zoning Extension to Administrative Boundaries Data Standard

At the Framework Forum held in Eugene in February, a draft Zoning Extension to Administrative Boundaries Data Standard was presented by DLCD.  Substantive comments were received during that presentation, resulting in the opening of a new 45 day comment period.  This review period ended April 18th with no additional comments received.  Attached is the updated standards document.  It will be considered for endorsement by OGIC at their upcoming meeting on June 18.
