[gis_info] 2014 Idaho State Tax Commission Summer Appraisal/Mapping School Registration

Good morning,



Twice a year the Idaho State Tax Commission conducts an education program
to provide training for tax assessment purposes.   Although most of the
classes are related to the Appraisal community, there are several workshops
for GIS and mapping folks.  For instance:

                Boundary Disputes & Discrepancies – John Stahl, PLS, CFedS

                Parcel Fabric Workshop – Van O’Brien, Director of Solutions
& Services at Sidwell

                PLSS/GCDB/CADNSDI – Coy Chapman, PLS

                GIS/Mapping Roundtable – STC Staff

                Building maps with the Google Maps v3 API on the Google
    Dashboard(Register under Webmap Maintenance)




There are fees associated with the workshops, however, I think you will
find them to be very reasonable.  Hope to see you there.

When you are making reservations at the hotel, tell them it is the school
for the  Idaho State Tax Commission.  They will give you the group rate.
