[gis_info] Zoning Extension to Administrative Boundaries Data Standard review extended

Based on feedback received at the February Framework Forum in Eugene, the draft Zoning Extension to the Administrative Boundaries data standard has been revised.  A new 45 day review period is now open.  Review closes April 18.
