[gis_info] 3DEP Oregon Fact Sheet now available

The 3D Elevation Program (3DEP) has added Oregon to its growing selection
of state-specific fact sheets that features the applications, benefits, and
examples of 3DEP. This data is critical in such fields as agriculture,
precision farming, natural resources conservation, flood risk management,
infrastructure and construction management, water supply and quality, and
other business uses.

The GIS In Action conference (April 16-17, 2014) will have an opportunity
to learn more about 3DEP during the Elevation Framework round table. There
will be updates on national standards as well as state and national
