[gis_info] Running ArcGis in a Citrix Enviornment

My agency is building a new citrix environment to run ArcGIS. My IT folks would like to talk with other IT folks, private or public that are
running citrix to support their ArcGIS work.  We are interested learning more about best practices, bench marks, problems, gotchas and any 
other advice you can give us.
